Mohammad Alduaij helped to guide and inspire the family office leaders of the future this week when he gave a talk at the Aster Club Emerging Leaders Programme.
The programme, which took the form of a residential retreat in Croatia, was organised by global family office organisation The Aster Club.
Aimed at young people aged 18 to 40, who are all the future leaders of their own family businesses, the five-day retreat included a mixture of learning and fun activities. Mohammad’s talk on family legacy covered all the benefits and responsibilities of heading up a family office of many generations, and he drew on his own experience as the head of the Alduaij family business Alea Global Group.
By taking part in the programme, and learning from people like Mohammad and others, the young people will be better prepared to take on their new roles when the time comes, and to lead their own family offices to great things.
