Last week, Alea Global Group hosted our first conference in the Alea Sessions series. These events are shorter and more sporadic than our regular conferences, responding to the needs of the time.
This first event was a virtual one, and attendees gathered from all over the Gulf region to discuss huge topics including geopolitics, healthcare, privacy and national self-sufficiency.
A total of 115 family offices attended the event, along with 17 service providers, for an interaction ratio of 7:10. We had up to 132 delegates watching sessions at any one time.
Because networking is such a huge part of what we do, we are also delighted to report that 69 delegates attended one-to-one meetings during the conference, making the kind of valuable connections that make our in-person events so useful to those who attend.
