Restaurateurs Elcielo Group open their first hotel
Alea Global Group is honoured to be working with Elcielo Group to bring their hospitality expertise to the Middle East.
Elcielo have a history of creating memorable dining experiences at their restaurants around the world, and now they’ve turned their hands to a hotel in Colombia.
After opening successful restaurants in Colombia (Bogota and Medellin), as well as Miami and Washington DC in the US, Elcielo realised they had the skills and customer base they needed to be able to enter the hotel market.
It’s never entirely about the food when it comes to building a beloved restaurant brand. With their unique and impressive yet cosy dining rooms, they already knew how to create the perfect relaxing atmosphere.
