MoveOn Training, led by founder Luca Amitrano, brought their high-intensity program “Yogastenix” to the iconic site for a special session to benefit Race for the Cure.
Yogastenix isn’t your average workout. It combines the power and focus of yoga with the intensity of strength training, creating a challenging and rewarding experience for participants. Under the warm Italian sun, a sea of fitness enthusiasts gathered in the vast arena, ready to push their limits and raise awareness for cancer research.
Luca Amitrano led the group through a series of challenging postures, bodyweight exercises, and breathwork techniques. The event was a huge success, attracting participants of all ages and fitness levels. Not only did they get a fantastic workout, but they also helped contribute to the fight against cancer.
